Activity Time: 1 hour
Concepts Taught: Judicial System

Have a list of your class. Randomly pick a name, and they get to choose which position they want to have in the judicial system. Continue down the list, randomly choosing names. Then, have a mock trial. The judge should be a good student. The lawyers should be people who want the position. Have the convict be a good sport. The lawyers will argue, the class will take notes. all in all, i find this provides a very good understanding of the judicial studnets. this is good for children from the age of 10 to high school.
