I have had two interviews now. My first interview was a little over 5 weeks ago and my second interview was a little over a week ago. I wasn't informed as to when I would hear back about my first interview but I was told that it all depends on HR. The second interviewer told me that I would hear back likely within 1-3 weeks. I've read on the forums that some people took about 6 weeks or longer to hear back sometimes, but will I receive any confirmation if I am not selected for my position. Is it possible that neither school selected me and I just haven't heard back or will all schools for sure let you know if you have not been selected for a position?

haha I remember someone posting about getting an offer like two months after the interview but I think it was for a mid-year hire. Generally it's days to weeks (a month max).

HelpOthers You can also call HR about two weeks or longer after an interview to ask whether the position has been filled.

lovelylou I waited a week and a half and then called HR. They were very nice and willing to help. They told me that someone had already been selected and five minutes later I got an email saying I was not selected. I also emailed the principal to ask and although very kind, she said she could not tell me and directed me to HR.

anotherteacher Thanks all! Should I call general HR or should I call specifically to Europe's HR since both are European positions. Could someone provide me with the number for HR since they haven't been very good at responding to my e-mails? Thanks!
