That is what mine says also. I accepted a tentative offer a few weeks ago. I think it's a good sign.

Where did you see this? Did you apply at the DoDEA website, or was it through USA jobs? I am trying to see if mine says the same thing.

Generally on the main application tab in the upper left hand corner. They often also send an email telling you.
