Interview only where you'd be willing to go but interview every place that asks if you are willing to go.

I also interviewed for a position in Guantanamo Bay last week and was told the final selection would be referred to DoDEA this week. I continued to receive the automated EAS referrals for other locations. Interview only if you really want the other postings.

I'd agree to the second interview. You can cancel if you get the first job. I had the same situation. I was happy to cancel an upcoming interview for 1st grade. I would have cried if that would have been the position to get my foot into the door, but I would have done it. 1st grade.... I think the 3rd graders at my school seem like little kindergar...See More

The same exact thing happened to me, and the weird thing is that it was a referral to the same base for the same position. Weird, right?
