I would recommend you also review the CCR for Kindergarten in literacy and math at this site http://www.dodea.edu/collegeCareerReady/ccr-standards.cfm and look over the schools improvement goals (likely found on their site.) Suzanne Capek Tingley is a veteran educator and administrator--she's selected, interviewed, and hired many teachers, so definitely read her article about what administrators usually look for in a candidate.
