Re: File Attachments on EAS

I have uploaded official transcripts,etc and you can see those corresponding documents listed. However, when I tried to attach the Form 5013, those do not show up in the list. Why? Where did it go? Should it be there and I need to try again? Grateful for the advice!

haha It's odd that they would just disappear. In the past, we mailed those forms in along with some of the other forms that needed to be returned. I have also head of people scanning them in and emailing them to their HR person directly (usually they are only requested after you have been offered a position).

Amy I thought it was odd too. They never show up; it's like the attachment didn't upload at all. Do you think I should select something different from the "name of document" dropdown box? haha Can't really offer much insight there. My EAS is frozen still from being hired so I can't really access the new drop down menus. Is there an other?

Maybe someone else with an open EAS can offer some input (and maybe someone who was able to upload their 5013).

Ida My application is also frozen, but I wanted to say when we were applying we didn't attach that form. We actually never even had it filled out until the day my husband got his tentative offer. Then we submitted it with his acceptance document. I think if it really won't save you could still finish your application without adding that particular form...See More

Amy I appreciate both of your responses! It's frustrating because when I called yesterday, the lady said the form should be listed and to logout/login again. However, I also emailed because I had tried that suggestion, and the response I received said the form will be invisible to me, but the office folks can see it. Here's to hoping they see it!
