I agree with GingerZin and Bubblehead. I would email and email. It has taken several calls and emails to get any response.

I have a different case manager, but she is the one that suggested I send her the course descriptions for review. My manager is always very prompt and helpful, but I understand that is not the case with all of them. I only had to copy and paste the description into an email and send it to her and she'd get back to me within 48 hours usually.

OK so maybe not as great of news as I thought. Thanks for the info, though. I will start my email campaign immediately! Does anyone know DP's contact info by any chance?
