I had a really great interview. I feel positive about it. They are checking my references now and said if I'm chosen for the position I will receive an email from HR about how to proceed. Fingers crossed!

Yay! Did they tell you they were checking references or did one of your references let you know? And it sounds like they are checking them after the interview instead of before. Hopefully that's a good sign.

I currently work in public high school with high administrative turnover so I plugged in some names and numbers just to get my EAS moving along back in the fall.
