Do we pay the $35 execution fee for official passports, if they executed on post at the military passport office?

HelpOthers There should be "no fee" They could be rushed/hand-walked, but I think there has to be a very compelling reason for that method.

Angela I only had to pay for updates photos. The state department has had our info from DODEA since Aug. 1 and we are still waiting on our passports.

kiki08 I'm having to do my underage child's passport through the post office, bc of logistics, both parents having to be present. I had to pay the $35 execution fee. The others are being handle at the passport office on post, I've been told I will not have to pay the fee going through them.

HelpOthers The official passport is a NO FEE passport, so you should not have to pay any fees even if using a local post office.
