Do we pay the $35 execution fee for official passports, if they executed on post at the military passport office?

haha Yes, the official passports (we're not considered military). I think that's the timeline they give you but maybe someone who has gone through the process more recently can answer (and say around how long it actually takes). Many times in the past the passports were done and they were just waiting on you getting orders before the sent them to you.
Mary There should be "no fee" They could be rushed/hand-walked, but I think there has to be a very compelling reason for that method.

Angela I only had to pay for updates photos. The state department has had our info from DODEA since Aug. 1 and we are still waiting on our passports.

kiki08 I'm having to do my underage child's passport through the post office, bc of logistics, both parents having to be present. I had to pay the $35 execution fee. The others are being handle at the passport office on post, I've been told I will not have to pay the fee going through them.
