Not going to lie. I was crushed last year. I interviewed the year prior and was not selected. I thought the interview went well, but was not selected over a candidate that I had far more experience over. They didn't even stay in the position to finish the school year. Vacancies in some positions are so rare that the referrals don't come and that seems pretty awful too.
