I at one time had a NCLB certificate of compliance for a California charter school. The date of issuance on the NCLB certificate of compliance (for the charter school) was June 1, 2003 to June 1, 2008. This would make my NCLB certificate of compliance expired. I renewed my clear single subject science credential. I am a highly qualifed teacher and my current credential does not expire until June 1, 2013.

1. Right now I am substitute teacher. How do I get another NCLB certificate of compliance??
s I live in California.

2.Would a school district who hires me as a full-time teacher fill out a new NCLB certificate of compliance for me?

3.When full-time (calif.) teachers renew their credentials every 5 years, do the districts (the teachers work for) every 5th year fill out a new NCLB certifictae of compliance for the teacher??...See More

ss My friend is subbbing too;he has a NCLB cert. of complnce from a (Ca.) charter school, but his issuance date is 6/01/06 to 6/01/11. His NCLB cert. of comp. has not expired.
