Camille, I also just moved to NY too. There are a few positions out there, but from what I am hearing there are over 100 applicants for each position. It seems that there are a number of graduate programs in the area as well as more experienced counselors who are seeking employment as well. Hopefully these budgetary issues won't last too long!
