Beth I have a few more years and am looking for fresh ideas. this summer I am attending a conference dealing with this subject. Hopefully, I will get some new techniques and can share them!

Linda I went to a responsive classroom workshop and found it helpful with younger students. Our older ones are still hesitant about circle times.

I am currently reading "The First Days of School" (Wong & Wong). The DVD shows what I think are excellent procedures for dealing with problems.
