I don't eat a lot each day and we have our main meal at lunch. Generally we don't eat dinner. I love fruit of most kinds. Is there some kind of diet eating mostly that? Exercise I don't get b/c of a bad back. I'm about 20 lbs. overweight.

Diane I use my poles on all kinds of terrain. I live in rural northern Michigan. It is wooded with sandy soil. The one place I haven't used my poles is on sidewalks. I have used them a few times when walking down the street which is blacktop. I bought the ones that aren't adjustable but were fit for my height. AM I didn't read the other posts but a fruit diet is generally too high in acid. I've been reading up on raw diets which include fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. People lose tons of weight on them but it's a huge change to go 100 percent. I love fruits and veggies and am looking to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. KMI on WW almost all fruits and vegetables are 0 points. But you still need to get your protein and fiber. In order to lose weight, you have to use up more calories than you take in. That means you have to work harder to burn those calories - rev up your metabolism- and the older you get the harder it is. WW has a lot of merit.
