That's the new plan. No vote on Gorsuch until atrunp is investigated.

I guess he no longer believes that the Senate should do the job it was elected to do and give the people the fully functioning Supreme Court they deserve.

Then again, this is like both parties trying to be obstructionists when they are in the minority. that said, I cannot believe the Democrats are trying to stall a nomination for four years of a qualified judge.

Tim Finnegan I agree. Garland should have been given a hearing and
vote. However, he wasn't. And now, Chuck is being a
hypocrite and holding the Supreme Court hostage by
threatening to continue his obstructionist ways now that
it's an R and not a D.

Chalky Hypocrisy reigns once again in the halls of Congress. *surprise* It's the nature of politicians to do exactly what they condemned the opposition for doing.

I think it's fun sometimes to point out the hypocrisy, but decided long ago to not get my drawers in a bind about it.

Garland should have had hearings and been voted on.

Chalky, what about Gorsuch's decision against the freezing truck driver? The one Franken was discussing with him today.
