Hello all, I have an interesting situation. I am working one on one with two separate HS students in Chemistry at an alternative program outside of school. I have only 14 hours with one and 29 hours with the other. In this short time, I feel that the best I can do is try to relate this subject to their lives, generate some enthusiasm for Science, and demonstrate to them that there is a vast world of interest and exploration around them. Too tall an order? haha. What elements of Chemistry (excuse the pun!) do you all feel are most relevant and feasible to cover in this short time? P.S. both are strong readers. Thanks for your help, Chris

muinteoir I didn't have any trouble. It looks like an interesting site to browse.
