Mr. Tom (New York City) I teach about ten 13-15 year olds (9th & 10th grade) in NYC. My students speak and write English, and about half of them are fluent in Spanish as well. FYI, they will be on break July and August, but I envision them carrying correspondence on independently over the summer, should they opt to do so.
