My house is a wreck. Two floors need replacing. So does part of the roof.
My stove and the microwave above it are defunct and my fridge is dying. I
could go on. I won't.

This next weekend I am relocating to the western mountains of north
cRolina and plan to live in my 32 foot RV. It's been my dream to do
something like this and now that I have finally settled into retirement mode,
I am going to do it.

Right! I've actually been out driving my rv and have yet to destroy anything
or kill anyone! Life is not only good but getting even better.

But now, to my question....

Has anyone ever sold their house or know someone who has sold their
house to those proclaiming they buy houses in any do diction. There are
signs all over the place in my area and I am getting post cards about it.
My gut tells me I should not trust these people. What say you?
