Good evening to all- Once again, I am very happy to be
post-service and free to go and do what I want- within
reason, of course.
Thursday I load up the old truck and head west to Grand
Isle, Louisiana for a fishing trip. One of the best things
about my after-teaching job is that basically, I get paid to
go fishing. I do have to write up the adventures for
publication, but that's not really a hard task-usually.
I truly am grateful for having lived long enough to be able
to take nice fishing trips, see wonderful things, and then
justify the whole expedition because it's now my job. I am
happy to know that sometimes in this life, we don't get what
we deserve, but instead, we get what we want.
Good rest of the week to all-
Ed Mashburn
