Here in NC, the fans are obsessing about the Super Bowl
since Carolina plays Denver. I care nothing about football
(enjoy college basketball)but will watch the game anyway
since the Panthers are playing. I do like the food that we
tend to consume during this time. I made some "cracker
candy" this afternoon for the first time. I was also
thinking how glad I was not to be grading papers and making
lesson plans which was how I spent my Sunday afternoons and
evenings in my former life! Happy, happy, happy to be
retired!!!
