Seems I get decent advice here. Got some good info when I
asked about Learning Tree. Decided not to go that way.

I've a troublesome neighbor. I've come to refer to her as
Ma Barker" because the women is a shyster and she
is on probation for selling drugs.

Over the past couple of years, she had taken to visiting me
(and some of the other neighbors) asking for money, always
coming up with some "sob story" about how her home has no
heat and she can't feed her kids. She stole a GPS out of
my jeep and attempted to break into my car on at least one
other occasion. I know because I caught her in the act. The
woman borrowed lawn equipment from one neighbor, then took
it downtown and pawned it.

Once she broke into my house while I was away in the
mountains. She's the reason I now have an ADT alarm system.

I've called the local sheriff twice. So have others in the
neighborhood
What's tragic is that she has two young girls and you gotta
know she is training them up to be just like her. When I
had finally made it plain to her that I would no longer
tolerate her mooching off of me, she sent her oldest over to
the house to ask for money. Hardest thing I ever did in
recent times, but I said no.

Last time I called the law, a deputy came out and made it
plain that if she came onto my property again, she would be
charge with trespass.

Haven't seen her in a few weeks. Hope this is the end of it.
