Yes ladies and gentlemen the best day of the month is
PAY DAY! We worked, we toiled, we performed, we graded, we
spoke, we lectured, we presented lessons, we met deadlines,
parent conferences, dealt with nasty little so and so's with
no manners or respect, dealt with nasty parents with no
clue. Administrators always asking for more, pay scales that
were demeaning to our educational status and required pieces
of paper documents in order to be hired in the first place.

Just think that is all behind us and we reap the reward of
years of dedicated service. You all did a great job of being
professional educators. So give yourself a big hug, pet the
dog, tickle the cat and enjoy your pension check.
