Is there a contractor, carpenter or handyman in the house?
I have a sunporch that I never use. It's horribly hot and I

have to keep the windows closed if there's even a hint of
rain; the wind blows in the direction of the sunporch and I
have had mold as well as ruined carpeting and so on. I was
thinking of removing the sunporch and replacing it with a
patio or a deck. I would actually use either of those
plus wouldn't have to worry about rain and the mold, damage
and inconvenience it brings. Down the line, when I sell my
house, which would be a selling feature? Also, is it a
big job to remove a sunporch...how much would it cost?
