remodeled, turn key, all done!!!!

On the market less than 20 hours, SOLD! Better offer than
asking price too as great schools attract buyers. But
don't count your money till the papers are signed and the
check deposited.

Happy days for sure. Weather is nice. Took up longer
distance walking again. Feels good to not have to worry
about fixing "old house" and be married to nails, siding,
concrete, windows, flooring, water heater, sinks,
counters and paint and more paint. Walls, studs, doors,
more doors, trim, quarter round, vinyl flooring and lots
of yard work.
