Teacher Shortage/Pay/Cost of living

I am looking at possibly moving to Florida in order to teach. There is absolutely nothing in my area unless you are related to someone. I would look some input on whether I should move to Florida due to the shortage - I am looking at Nevada or Georgia as well as an option for teacher shortage. I have heard Florida is not good and teachers are treated badly. Is it worth the pay and is the cost of living high???

max Florida does not have a shortage of teachers. How you are treated depends on your administration. There are some great schools to work in but finding a job is difficult.
