I feel sad that they don't reward experience and higher
degrees. They said they are trying to entice new teachers

my Master's degree, I barely even noticed the difference in
salary. Wouldn't it be nice if advanced degrees and
experience were rewarded?

while my co-worker next door got about 12 percent. I've been
teaching 19 years and have a MS +30 while my neighbor has 13...See More
