Any of you have some good ideas for kicking off some fun
(yet not too silly) ways of getting grades 3-5 "up" for
the MAP testing? Our school is looking for ideas to help
students realize the importance of MAP testing & how to
feel prepared, yet not toooooo stressed over it. Anything
that your school does that has appeared to work in the
past?

No, we don't do anything before. In the past few years we have
taken student bowling or skating or to a movie after MAP testing
is over -- usually we go the first week of May.

The principal comes in and tells each class to do their very best
and stay focused and gives them a little pep talk.
