I have the NMTA study guides from Morrison Media. Are there any "practice exams" out there for additional test prep?

What I'd like to know is whether the pay scale treats JDs as doctors' degrees. I too am an attorney, but likely to retire as an economist in a couple of years, and I too am interested in teaching, although math seems more likely for me.
