After 3 years of teaching and moving around from one school district to the next, I went back to the sub pool. I have not yet been mentored, as no school wants to provide mentorship for a teacher hired on a short term contract. My level 1 license will expire in Aug 2010 and I am now looking for a job for the coming school year, but with the way things are in central NM it may not happen. Does anyone know what happens to licenses for teachers who cannot find jobs and are in this position?
