Bring back the paddle. Corporal punishment at assemblies to deter

CP will certainly lead to the backwoods ways I can't believe this! Growing up in Memphis, I was paddled in fifth grade with my cousin (two girls). I live in CT now. People are shocked when I tell them this story. (YOu would think we tried to burn down the building! It was very innocent, our misdeed, I assure you!!!
