    Hello,

    I am a certified Spanish teacher with bilingual and ESL
    endorsements. Which is the process to transfer my teaching
    certificate to Texas? In order to be certified in IL I had
    to take the state test called TAP. I am wondering if this
    test is equivalent to the Texas state test.

    Please any help will be greatly appreciated!
