I have a non-certified position with our
local school district. There are several
people that fall into this category, but
the union and administration feel that this
group does not fit into any of the
conventional job categories and would like
to eliminate this "noncategory" all
together. In the meantime, we do not
receive the same rights as other union
members. Where can I get more information
on what to do. I'm a member of the IEA and
NEA.
