    Hi All,
    I am from Africa and have a Bachelor of Education awarded to
    me by a US University(St Mary's University of Minnesota). I
    also have an MA from a different University still in Africa
    . I am in New York and have work permit now. I wish to join
    the teaching community but I do not have a Certificate. Any
    advice? I truly appreciate any assistance on this matter.
