    I'm a speech teacher. I've been a TOT recipient since 2012, so this coming
    December will be the last time I'll receive the award. Only thing is, I was hired for a
    part-time district level position in which I am on my school's payroll full time, but
    the district "borrows" me two days per week and it comes out of my school's
    budget. Does anyone know if I will still be able to meet the requirements to get the
    award this year? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
