    First go to Social Security web site and apply for
    disability for your wife and child. Call NYSED and make an
    appt to go up there to Albany with a letter from your
    college saying you will finish in a year. Visit HRconnect
    online to see if you qualify for benefits or in the future
    to put your mind at ease. Call Catholic and Jewish charities
    to get info about rent assistance, tuition assistance.
