    How much of an advantage is it to be a bilingual job seeker? I have a M.A.
    in elementary education. I am working toward becoming fluent in Spanish.
    However, I do not have dual language or ESL certification. Is there still an
    advantage in getting a job by being bilingual? Or is it only useful with
    proper certifications?
