    On Thursday, November 20, the State Board of Education is
    inviting teachers and parents to speak out or come and listen
    to testimony about the frustrations amongst parents and
    students with the new Math TEKS, which are Common Core. This
    will be a very interesting public meeting. Deadline if you
    want to sign up to speak is Monday 5 PM. Pass this on to
    teachers who teach Math. There are a lot of people who will
    be there speaking out and standing for children.
