Letters to the Editor...
Children In Georgia
My questions would be how come Hephzibah children are failing miserably when Columbia County schools are thriving and keeping in front of the learning curve. Being a graduate from the Columbia County System I know that when I reached college I was well prepared for my classes and continued to excel. Do you feel that it could just be the lack of Diversity in your system. You said "They have made tremendous progress but ARE NOT AND NEVER WILL be on grade level." Then my question to you is why not hold them back until they are ready, or maybe you should communicate with the lower level of teachers and find out exactly where the problem is coming from. You can’t blame anyone for being stupid except for those facilitators that made them that way
