    Oops.. Forgot to add that Grace does not cover you after 12
    weeks. Grace is for 30 days. The only thing it does is keep
    you on payroll once you run out of days. You won't have to
    borrow days on grace, but you only get paid for weekends and
    calendar holidays ( think has money, it's not much)
