    I started at my current school in January 2010, midway through the school's first
    year. I recently applied for Loan Forgiveness (the school is a TItle I school), a few
    weeks after my 5 year anniversary date. Today, I received an e-mail stating that
    my application was denied because my school was not registered as Title I until
    the 2011/2012 school year.

    Anyone have experience with this? Seems like the rule is five years, regardless of
    a silly clerical error. My school has ALWAYS been Title I.
