I know about the Obama's program for Total Forgiveness of
Student Loans after 10 years payments/ PUBLIC Service. There
is a form your District should verify for the teachers every
year. Check with the U.S.Dept. of EDU. or their website. You
may be able to get years of past credit. One more thing: what
forgiveness you'll choose, depends on the amount of loans. The
interest is yours ever after forgiveness. Good luck.
