Proctor instructions make it very clear that proctors must
not review, edit, or otherwise assess student's test answers
except when required to do so with specific accommodations
and then only within the narrow confines of the
accommodations.
I had a student who drew nasty pictures over an essay portion
when I taught in Illinois. I contacted the principal and he
told me there was nothing to be done. We aren't supposed to
review the materials at all. So, we sent the pictures in the
test booklet off to the scorers. He did not do well.

Since this would be evidence that you violated proctoring
rules, and violating these rules can result in action up to
and including the suspension of your teaching license, I
would not do so.
I have seen schools have celebrations once scores come back
for students who met or exceeded standards. Typically, this
is a larger, school or grade-wide celebration and not done at
the class level.
