    Hey, I feel your pain. Im sort of in the same position. Ive
    been trying to obtain NYS certification by reciprocity from NJ
    for the past two years now. Its hell on earth dealing with
    Office of Teaching Initiatives. The other day they denied one
    of my workshops because I sent them a completion
    certificate and it was in the form of a diploma. They only
    accept some sort of "special" certificate of completion, which
    gives the same exact information as the diploma looking
    one. Anyways, Good luck!
