You havent won anything. The biggest victory you have was getting
some entirely OPTIONAL exemplar lessons restricted, and you didnt
even do that we still make them available to administrators who
want to use them. You were going to get C-SCOPE shut down, but
no its still there collecting the same fees and now we have less work
to do. Wheres the admins and the politicians who were going to be
perp walked or indicted or arrested for defrauding our beloved
students out of an education. Theyre back at their offices because
none of that happened.

C-SCOPE hasnt gone anywhere, and no one still cares what whiney
parents who have no stamina think or do, they havent gotten rid of
C-SCOPE or made it go away. They havent got an injunction, or a
law passed barring C-SCOPE or any other curriculum product.
Your wheny parents are still sending their kids to school, because
my classroom hasnt gotten smaller.

No one is worried at all, were still cashing the checks, and the
money hasnt gone away.
