    Does anyone else in NYC feel that the essays on the Global Regents are always
    short changed??? When the kids write in class they consistently write a 3 or a 4
    based on the Regents rubric. When my results came back today the highest any
    student received was a 3.5 on an essay. One student wrote 6 pages on the
    Thematic and received a 2. How is that possible when he answered the bullets???
    So frustrating!!!!!!!!!
