I definitely don't see any legitimate reason. Maybe the AP
is just pounding her chest, or maybe she is punishing all
because someone has abused the situation. I'd talk to this
AP first, and then take it at least a step or two up the
ladder before I considered filing a grievance. Maybe it's
just this one AP.
