Living in NYC is a competition for housing, jobs, etc. If you
can't do what they ask, I would really advise you not to come
here. Unless perhaps you have out of this world outstanding
qualifications like you can speak a language they are in need
of. Yes if you are a Chinese Math teacher you can probably
name where you want to work. Or a Spanish Science teacher.
