    No an email from an AP is definitely not sufficient and even
    suspicious. They really don't care how many teachers they screw over
    and want u to be subbing with no money, desperate and kissing their
    ass. I've been there and so have many people I know. As I said there
    is a form to contract you for the job, and then it is definite. Ask
    the UFT what the form is.
