They next to never give a second extension was what I was told
by my local BOCES office. Mine was denied. Besides having 540
days of teaching I also need 75 hours of professional
development (or 6 additional college credits in my education
field), another workshop I am missing, a signed waiver
excluding me from mentoring since I haven't been able to land a
full-time job, and retake the CST for each certification
lapsed. This has to be all completed 6 months before
submitting the application.
