Hi I've been subbing in one school at least 3 days a week. It is a small
school so everyone knows one another and I am on a first name basis with
staff and the principal is well aware of who I am (not meaning I'm someone
special, but that I've made an impression and are not just walking around
as "hey sub"). The end of the school year is now approaching and not a
single mention of full time anything has come up. Now what? Do I need to
make sure they know I want something full time or is this something I will
have to dedicate another 4 - 5 years of my life to before I even get a job??

Any help would be appreciated.
